  I ordered for collection at a specific time, to coincide with the estimated time my journey passing Domino's Queensferry would be, so the pizza would be hot. collected pizza and returned home which is a 3 minute drive away. On reaching home the pizza was cold and had obviously been cooked way too early, the cheese was congealed and cold as was the pizza dough, will not be going again

  Pizza arrived soggy an undercooked contacted customer service an basically they did not want to know just fobbed off an that's it, but looking now I'm not the only one that's had issues with dominos, don't waste your money go to fat pizza alot cheaper an better quality

  Never had any issues until 2 weeks ago partially my fault for ordering late on a Saturday night, delivery was over an hour and arrived cold, spoke to manager the next day who put £20 on my account. Just rang up to order pie £2.99 delivery and received a large pizza and side free of charge to replace. Came super quick and to be honest it’s probably the best pizza I’ve had from there. Really appreciate the gesture of good will and the staff helping me!

  One of the worst dominos store. The manager shouts at employees. Disrespect old ladies in the store. I was severely ill and he shouted infront of all employees and disrespected me. Never work again with this store.

  After ordering pizza, I found black hair in the pizza, I couldn't eat it anymore, I don't recommend this place, everything is very bad, because reading the reviews is not the first case with hair
